Onsite Move Management

Home Sweet Home provides professional organizer to be an onsite representative at origin (pack/load) and/or destination (delivery). They assist the family by coordinating onsite activities and improving communication between all parties.

  • Single point of coordination onsite during the move days to answer questions and guide the process.
  • Prepare rooms and their contents in an organized way which helps make the unpacking process at destination more efficient.
  • Coordinate the on-site activities of other 3rd party service providers.
  • Manage errands for the family or be the onsite representative if the family needs to be off-site during the process.
  • Complete a walk-through of the residence when the pack and load is complete.
  • Coordinate meals as authorized for the employee and their family.

  • Assist with inventory check off.
  • Oversee that boxes are place in the correct rooms.
  • Manage any errands for family or be the onsite representative if family needs to be off-site during any part of the process.
  • Complete a walk-through at the residence when delivery is complete.
  • Assist employee in documenting any damages, making notes, and taking photos.
  • If any claim arises, assist the employee with the claims paperwork if approved.
  • Coordinate meals as authorized for the employee and their family.
